Nordic Minimalist Maisonette

A remarkable maisonette flat required refurbishment to modernise its appeal and prepare it for the rental market. Bella led the design team in crafting a residence ideally suited for urban living. This listed building presents a distinctive opportunity to enhance its interior design, with an emphasis on augmenting the property’s value. A pivotal design element we implemented was the addition of an extra bathroom, which significantly enhances both the property’s attractiveness and its rental potential. Furthermore, we integrated the concept of opening the living room to the kitchen, thereby creating a spacious, open-plan living area that aligns with contemporary lifestyle preferences.
